The Service is reserved exclusively for professionals and business entities (B2B). By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity.
- Description of Service
Webinify Copy is an AI-powered copywriting platform that enables users to generate, edit, and manage written content for marketing, sales, and communication purposes. The Service includes access to AI writing tools, templates, and content management features.
- Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All prices are displayed exclusive of taxes (HT). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your billing location.
B2B sales are final upon account activation unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in suspension of access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and you will not be entitled to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
